The validation workflow

Four guided steps take you from an untouched satellite point to a reviewed, scored field validation.

  1. Step 1

    Pick a location

Choose a project, then jump straight to your next assigned point on the overview map — or click anywhere inside the project area.

  2. Step 2

    Trace the field

Draw the field boundary on the high-resolution imagery, or let the AI delineation service propose the polygon for you.

  3. Step 3

    Classify the crop

Look around in Street View, pick the crop type from the project legend, and let image identification pre-fill it for you.

  4. Step 4

    Submit & score

Send your validation for review. Accepted submissions earn points and climb the leaderboard.

Are you a reviewer?

Open a project's review workspace to inspect each submission against its imagery, accept or reject it, and keep the queue flowing.
